Package was damaged in transit (courier fault, I believe). Contacted NIO customer service, who immediately resent my order.
Fantastic cocktails and old fashioned top quality customer service.
Highly recommended.

Difficult to be more positive since one of the sachets had leaked all over the packaging.
I’ve emailed Nio and await a response. Hopefully this will get sorted swiftly in line with other such comments.

I’m a homebird! I can’t be bothered with the faff of buses and taxis, unpredictable weather, long queues at the bar, draughts when someone opens the door, public toilets, struggling to hear the conversation… but I do love a well mixed cocktail! We ordered several selection boxes and they have been great fun, whether it’s an espresso martini by the fire or sharing a few pre Christmas drinks with friends, these cocktails have been great fun! Can’t recommend the company enough!

The cocktail packaging was very attractive and initially I was very pleased with the item. The package arrived within the quoted time and was undamaged.However despite being kept safely one of the packs developed a leak and ruined the remaining packaging. Now unable to give as an Xmas present. Although it is disappointing I cannot fault the positive and prompt response from Amy at Nio Cocktails.The company has offered not only to replace the pack but also offered other solutions to resolve the matter. Very impressed despite the initial problem.

Ordered a pack for a Christmas present for friends, even paid the extra for speedy delivery. Courier (Yodel) crushed the pack by trying to force it through my letterbox. No phone number for Nio to raise the issue, did so on their site. Now off to shops to buy a replacement gift.

We love NIO cocktails but there was a significant delivery issue this time. YODEL informed us they had delivered our package. If they did it, was not to us. The photographic proof of delivery was laughable - a blurry pic of the “handle with care sticker”. Contacted YODEL who said they had done their job. I contacted NIO and Tessa was absolutely superb. New order sent, with signed for delivery and has arrived. Superb customer service from NIO and Tessa, thank you. I’d change delivery service if I were NIO.

Package arrived but one of the cocktails had leaked and the box was wet through and smelled of alcohol. Contacted NIO customer service and asked for a new box and replacement of the cocktail that had leaked (empty). They sent me a full box of cocktails which I didn't expect which is much appreciated, plus it arrived only a few days after reporting damage. This is excellent customer service and will definitely be ordering again from this company.

Ordered on 27.11.22 and still waiting for delivery. Currently don’t think I’ll be getting in time for Christmas. Company keeping saying they have resent but I don’t receive. Keep contacting but not getting answers to my queries or an explanation about what is going wrong Contact via email only, would be easier if I could call them. They really should consider changing delivery company from Yodel as obviously not reliable. Would think twice before using again

Ordered 2 sets of 6 cocktails as Christmas presents for family. The package arrived with only 4 cocktails in each box, 2 of which hadn't been part of my order. Overall, I'm missing half of the cocktails I ordered and haven't got a complete box between them! I haven't heard anything back from customer support on the matter either.

The delivery was also late (when considering both the standard lead time and the 2-3 day additional delay stated on checkout).

These products are expensive for what they are already so I was at least expecting good service! I will not be ordering from here again and would advise anyone on a tight timeline to avoid this company.

I loved the concept of this and ordered a 9 cocktail box ( I know, I pushed the boat out) to try at a sophisticated cocktail party....well, just me and my wife, but I'll wear a tie.....ha
After a little hiccup with the initial delivery they've arrived and we can't wait to test them.

I can't praise the aftersales team enough, particularly Helen. Once I raised the issue with NIO, it was responded to immediately ( seriously within minutes of my email) and on a Saturday afternoon too....I was then sent regular ( unprompted) updates regarding my order...even one telling me yesterday, I'd get my order today...and I did.

Go on, give them a try.....and enjoy

I ordered 5 boxes for different friends and spent a long time choosing the cocktails I thought each person would like, only to have them arrive (very promptly) in the same identical boxes with no labels or identifying numbers, so now I need to open each box to work out which one is for whom and give my friends a nice and neat, opened, box as a gift.

Delivered today By Yodel in good time , Unfortunately 2 of the pouches were punctured, As this was intended as a present its disappointing as it made a complete mess of the other pouches, Contacted Nio cocktails and they have resolved the problem supper quickly

We had our first delivery only today. We had a mixed box so both tried the Whisky Sour. I personally love the albumen froth on the top and we shook it. Despite this, we LOVED it and will order more. Can’t wait to try the others.

Always looking forward to my monthly NIOs. So glad a subscription service is now available. Delicious cocktails & fast delivery. Customer service is always a delight. Look forward to the Christmas collection!

Not worth it. Would not recommend. Had a weekend away with friends and these were produced to try. The samples needed so much added to them to be palatable that it would have been cheaper to buy the spirits and mixers ourselves. Plus the faff of the packaging meaning spillages and then more cardboard and plastic going in the bin. Hardly sustainable or environmentally friendly. At least with glass it will be recycled. My friends and I won't be going back or recommending to others.
